Terms and Conditions
Welcome to TRUENO! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our photography and videography services (the "Services") provided by TRUENO ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
1.1. Scope of Work: TRUENO offers professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to events, portraits, weddings, corporate projects, and creative content production. The specific details of the Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
1.2. Custom Deliverables: The final deliverables, such as edited photos or videos, will be provided as per the agreed specifications in digital format unless otherwise specified.

2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate details regarding event dates, times, locations, and other critical information.
2.2. Permissions and Access: The client must ensure that all necessary permissions, including venue access, property releases, and model releases (if applicable), are obtained.
2.3. Cooperation: The client must cooperate during the event or shoot to allow TRUENO to perform the Services effectively. Delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Ownership: TRUENO retains the copyright to all photographs and videos captured during the Services. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes.
3.2. Usage Rights: TRUENO may use the work for promotional purposes, including social media, portfolio, and marketing materials, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
3.3. Third-Party Use: The client may not sell, license, or distribute the deliverables to third parties without prior written consent from TRUENO.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
4.2. Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking or additional late fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1. Client Cancellations: Cancellations made by the client will forfeit any deposit. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period.
5.2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if changes are made within 5 days of the event.
5.3. TRUENO Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel, we will provide a full refund, including any deposit, or help arrange an alternative professional service.
6. Liability
6.1. Service Disruption: While we make every effort to deliver high-quality work, TRUENO is not liable for disruptions beyond our control, such as equipment failure, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including emotional distress or loss of revenue.
6.3. Client Property: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to client-provided materials, such as props or personal items.
7. Delivery Timeline
7.1. Estimated Delivery: Edited deliverables will be provided within 14 days after the shoot or event unless otherwise agreed.
7.2. Rush Orders: Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
8. Revisions
8.1. Included Revisions: The client is entitled to two rounds of minor revisions to the deliverables.
8.2. Additional Revisions: Any revisions beyond the included rounds will incur additional fees.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
9.1. Client Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share personal information beyond what is necessary for the completion of Services or promotional purposes as outlined in Section 3.2.
9.2. Confidential Projects: If the project is confidential, the client must notify TRUENO in writing.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any separate agreements or invoices, constitute the entire agreement between TRUENO and the client.
11.2. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
11.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
