As japanese food has been introduced to the local comunnity for over a decade, differentiation seemed to be a challenge for OKOZ.
As is often the case with restaurants, the main difference of OKOZ lies in the way the owners and the team serve and interact with clientel.
SOLUTION
After some fruitful meetings with the owners we established that in order to give a representative portrayal of Okoz we had to build a strategy involving their whole team.
